Georgi’s innate skills for maintaining focus in complex situations and handling the most minute transactional details were honed as a stage manager in professional theaters and events for 10 years in Southern California, New York and London, after earning a BFA from Syracuse University. Having been the master coordinator behind the scenes, Georgi has easily assumed the critical role in Real Estate, guiding clients to the right home, at the right time, successfully negotiating and managing timelines, and choreographing successful transactions for Buyers, Sellers and Tenants. Her management background has taught organization while multi-tasking, to remain calm under pressure and provide the best resources in every transaction.

 

Georgi launched her real estate career in the cut-throat New York City market, handling the sellout of a new development condo building, managing rentals and serving clients in all five boroughs.

 

As a Del Mar native, and graduate of the prestigious La Jolla Country Day School, Georgi’s knowledge of the culture and communities of San Diego help service the TEAM’s relocation clients, creating meaningful connections to America’s Finest City.

 

When Georgi isn’t in the office, she enjoys quality time with friends and family, attending theater productions, cooking, baking and traveling. She is an avid elephant enthusiast, dog lover, podcast listener, and volunteer.
