She is equally adept at using the latest technology and resources to educate buyers and pinpoint their needs.

 

Gwyn is passionate about exceeding the expectations of each and every client. She is a perfectionist with a personalized approach – an ideator with a clear perspective of all sides of the negotiation table. Gwyn’s strong knowledge of San Diego’s North County Coastal Communities enables her to educate buyers on the many options in the region with greater depth than most agents are able to offer. She is also well-versed in helping our discerning builder clientele transform their visions into successful properties.

Outside of real estate, Gwyn spends much of her time giving back to the community and enriching the lives of others; her leadership and volunteer efforts are felt throughout the San Diego area. In her spare time, Gwyn enjoys living an active and healthy lifestyle. She currently resides in Solana Beach with her husband, Mark, who is the vice president of a biotech software development company, and their daughter, Sheridan, who was a “lifer” at La Jolla Country Day School and now attends Emory University.
